About the role

Reporting to the Loans Processing Supervisor, this full-time Loans Processing Assistant (Pag-IBIG) role is responsible for providing support to the Loans Processing team at Convergence Realty & Development Corporation. Based in our Makati City office, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of Pag-IBIG loan applications.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and review Pag-IBIG loan application documents for completeness and accuracy
• Input loan application details into the company's system.
• Communicate with customers to request any missing or additional information required
• Liaise with the Pag-IBIG Fund to follow up on the status of loan applications
• Maintain organized filing systems for loan application documents
• Provide general administrative support to the Loans Processing team as needed
