Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, welcoming guests with a warm, professional, and engaging approach
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with enquiries, directions, and special requests efficiently
• Support smooth guest arrival and departure experiences in collaboration with Front Office and Concierge teams
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming lobby environment at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service in line with Pullman and Accor brand standards
• Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, and ongoing promotions to enhance the guest experience
