Job Overview:

WeGolden is looking for a Local Auditor from the Philippines to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role focuses on monitoring and controlling the performance of local sales teams, ensuring KPI compliance and alignment with internal policies. No forex experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control KPI performance of local sales team members.

• Review, verify, and analyze sales data and performance reports using Excel.

• Prepare regular performance and compliance reports for BD Managers and related teams.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve performance or compliance issues.

• Support improvements in internal control and reporting processes when required.
