The Local Client Manager (LCM) is responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships within the Retail & Lifestyle vertical.This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving wallet share expansion, and supporting the growth of non-ocean logistics offerings such as Contract Logistics, Ground Freight (FTL & LTL), and Supply Chain Services . The LCM acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction.

Account Management & Growth

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers within the Retail & Lifestyle vertical.
• Develop account plans to increase share of wallet across ocean and logistics & services (L&S).
