Local CVS Manager (m/f/d)

In a VUCA world, big bet Mars innovation projects are becoming larger in scope and exposed to significant risk and change throughout the business cycle. Each Mars manufacturing site poses unique challenges to the deployment and localization of large-scale, strategic initiatives. The local CVS Manager provides a key bridge between the unique strengths of a site and the broader business demands and opportunities. This role may be resourced for a defined period of time corresponding to a peak in demand for local project implementation.



**What will be your key responsibilities? **



+ **Accountable** for the deployment and localization of selected large scale strategic regional or global projects to the Verden site. The projects in scope of the role are selected by the Site Leadership Team and business stakeholders.
