To lead and manage the Butchery Department by driving turnover growth, protecting gross margin, controlling expenses, shrinkage and maintaining uncompromising standards in hygiene, production and customer service.Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
1-3 years experience in Butchery and Fish departments
Sound knowledge of meat cuts, carcass breakdown and production processes
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Proven management and supervisory experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Assertive and confident leadership style
Solid administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work in cold and wet conditions
