Height must be 5'3
Basic computer literate
Active listening and good communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
Can work multitasking and with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure every guest feels care for valued and respected
Escorts customers to accommodations
Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.
Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
