Job Details:

+ $0.50-$0.52 per mile
+ NYC stop pay: $47.50 per stop
+ Drop/hook pay: $17.50 per drop
+ Lift Gate stop pay: $30 per stop
+ Live stop pay: $17.25 per stop
+ Refused delivery: $15 - $47.50
+ Off account work: $160 - $450
+ Detention pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
+ Trainee pay: $200 per day
+ Safety training pay: $15 per hour
+ Holiday pay: $160 per day
