Localisation Operations Assistant

We're looking for a Localisation Operations Assistant to support the coordination of subtitling projects and ensure smooth workflow execution across internal teams and freelancers.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting project scheduling and task tracking
Monitoring timelines and flagging delays or risks
Preparing files for client delivery
Performing basic subtitle technical checks
Assisting with freelancer coordination and onboarding
Maintaining accurate project and assignment records
Escalating issues to the Localisation Manager when needed
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable following structured workflows
Familiarity with subtitling formats (SRT, XML, DFXP, SCC)
Exposure to localisation tools such as Ooona Manager
