Localisation Operations Assistant

We're looking for a
Localisation Operations Assistant

to support the coordination of subtitling projects and ensure smooth workflow execution across internal teams and freelancers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting project scheduling and task tracking
• Monitoring timelines and flagging delays or risks
• Preparing files for client delivery
• Performing basic subtitle technical checks
• Assisting with freelancer coordination and onboarding
• Maintaining accurate project and assignment records
• Escalating issues to the Localisation Manager when needed
