Localizaion Coordinator

VALOFE Co., Ltd.' is seeking a driven and experienced Localization Manager to oversee the translation and adaptation of our games and content for international markets. In this full-time role based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products effectively engage global audiences through seamless localization efforts.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the localization process for VALOFE's game titles and content, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards

Liaise with internal teams (such as game design, development, and marketing) to understand localization requirements and priorities

Recruit, manage and mentor a team of in-house and external language specialists, translators, and proofreaders

Review and QA translated content to maintain brand consistency and linguistic accuracy

Develop and implement localization best practices, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability
