Localization & AI Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the project management of data annotation and evaluation projects for audio-visual or text-based content such as ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech), including plan formulation, task allocation, progress and quality monitoring, and delivery inspection.
2. Communicate with clients to accurately understand delivery standards and operational specifications; provide pre-job training and on-process guidance for annotators, monitor issues during production, track the full progress of projects, organize, count and archive data, and compile project execution reports.
3. Assist the project manager in resource allocation, training and management, and build a resource pool that matches project requirements.
4. Assist the project manager in client relationship maintenance and handling of client feedback.
