About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a competent local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Court of Protection (COP)
• Ordinary Residence matters
• Advising on the Mental Health Act
• Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
