Locum Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry

This is a Locum Consultant post for maternity cover. The remit of the postholder is to work within the multi-disciplinary team providing and further developing care for the dental care group at King's College Dental Hospital, and to provide and develop paediatric dental services to the Trust's paediatric patients. The position is based at Denmark Hill and the proposed job plan is 10 PAs with no on‑call commitment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a high‑quality care service to patients, including all aspects of treatment and relevant management duties for the proper functioning of the Care Group.
• Share responsibility for 24‑hour, 7‑day a week cover on a rota basis, covering colleague periods of annual leave and short-term sickness as detailed in the contract.
