Job Description

                    Responsibilities Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows within the ICU. 
Proactively manage critically ill patients utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes. 
Perform complex procedures including central line placement, intubation and bronchoscopy with precision and proficiency. 
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and evidence‑based medicine. 
Qualifications Possesses a medical degree (MD or DNB) and is board‑certified or board‑eligible in Critical Care Medicine or Anesthesia with additional certification and experience in Critical Care. 
Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for licensure in the state where the position is located.
