Locum Infectious Disease Physician Kamloops

Provide locum coverage for the Infectious Diseases program at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, British Columbia. This role offers flexibility with a commitment between 0.5 to 1.0 FTE.
We are looking for an Infectious Disease physician for a parental leave coverage that spans 6 months to 1 year, starting in July 2026. You will work alongside a team of four physicians, engaging in both inpatient consultations and outpatient clinics, focusing on a diverse array of Infectious Diseases cases. Call responsibilities include approximately 1 in 6 weekends and evenings, supported by a strong interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient consultation and outpatient clinic practice
• Collaborate within a team of four Infectious Diseases specialists
• Manage call responsibilities including evenings and weekends
• Engage with diverse patient presentations
• Shadow bill as required for the role
