Locum Occupational Therapist

About the Role

A rural Victorian public health service is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 3+ month locum from July to October. This role offers a predominantly community-based caseload with a focus on aged care and home support services.

You’ll work with a high level of autonomy while being supported by Allied Health Assistants and a broader multidisciplinary team.

• Manage a community-based generalist caseload


• Focus on CHSP and Support at Home clients


• Complete functional assessments and discharge planning


• Collaborate with AHA support and wider MDT

Skills & Experience

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist


• Community or rural generalist experience preferred


• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently


• Experience with aged care/home care clients
