In this role, you will:
Assess mental health needs and create support plans

Coordinate access to services like therapy, housing, or benefits

Safeguard and advocate for vulnerable individuals

To be successful in this role you must have:
Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence
