Job Description

                    Job scope  Deliver patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team (including PT and OT) to support patients and their families. 
Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote client participation and well-being. 
Respond effectively to medical emergencies by providing immediate and appropriate care. 
Perform scheduled daily treatments and administer medications as prescribed. 
Provide comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team 
Design and implement structured activities that encourage client participation and enhance their overall physical and mental well-being. 
Asssist with prescribed daily therapeutic procedures and administration of medications. 
 Job Requirements  Singaporeans only 
Diploma / Degree in Nursing 
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
