365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a long-term locum opportunity in Plymouth, Indiana . This assignment is focused on outpatient oncology and infusion coverage across two locations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role while helping build and grow a new service line.
Schedule Model
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Evening/night call coverage required
• No weekend clinic responsibilities
Coverage Needed
• Start ASAP
• Long-term assignment (minimum 6 months)
• Ongoing coverage with potential for locum-to-perm transition
