We are working with a top 200 ranked law firm who have a highly acclaimed Corporate department and they are actively recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Locum Solicitor to support their busy practice on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with strong expertise in financial services regulation to provide locum services to a dynamic and professional team, providing high-quality legal support to a diverse client base.

The Role:
Advising on financial services regulation and compliance matters

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of financial services documentation

Supporting clients on FCA and FSMA regulations, including authorisations, conduct of business and regulatory change

Assisting with risk management, governance and internal policies

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
