Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX. TX license required.

• Shift: 3x12s alone or with an additional 8, 10 or 12 shift OR 2x12s + 2x10s or 2x8s (need non consecutive).
• Cases: General, ortho, blocks, OB.
• Medical Supervision.
• EMR: Medaxion.
• Certification Requirement: ACLS., BLS, PALS.
• Texas license required.
• Credentialing timeline: 90 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
