Locums only - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) opportunity to work just North of Tulsa - 30-45 min
Start ASAP and go for at least 3+ months possibly longer
Full Time - Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Must be able to see all ages
18 ppd
Competitive Rate, Mileage, Malpractice provided
1099 - No benefits
Must have OK license in hand, OBDNN, DEA, BLS, and all vaccinations up to date
