What you'll be doing

• Supervise daily dispatch, delivery, and routing operations
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate bincard updates
• Oversee fleet performance, maintenance, and OPEX control
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery completion
• Enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox meetings
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports
• Lead and develop logistics and warehouse personnel
