About the role

Firstar Inc' is seeking a Logistic Admin to join our team in Bacoor City Cavite on a contract basis. As a Logistic Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and organising the flow of goods and materials through our distribution centres
2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and reports
3. Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
4. Assisting with the preparation of shipping documentation and customs clearance
5. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline logistical processes
6. Providing administrative support to the logistics team as needed
