Logistic Admin

• Coordination with transport providers for the status of Vismin deliveries. To ensure the
• Vismin deliveries is delivered in full and on time.
• Coordination with CRC if assistance to delivery team if needed
• Monitoring & Documentation of RUD, POD
• Understand the importance and urgency of Service Level Accuracy (SLA)
• Ability to track and prevent the orders to exceed from given SLA allowance
• Coordination with warehouse service provider regarding order processing (pick, pack and load)
• Can assist and monitor the quality of daily dispatch operations executed by warehouse provider
• Process invoicing
• Maintaining of complete and reliable dispatch details for reference purposes.
• Receiving and validation of billing from transport providers
• Preparation of RFP for billing of transport providers
