About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistic Assistant to join our growing team at Asticom Technology Inc' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position with the potential for extension. As a Logistic Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the packing, shipping, and receiving of goods and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
• Assist with the preparation of shipping documentation and other related paperwork
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall logistical efficiency
• Provide support to the wider operations team as needed
