• Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platform, ensuring the completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
• Track and follow-up the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
• Compute the delays using the platform the SLA.
• Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decision in accordance with the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
