Responsibilities

• Plan and run order waving and picking on time
• Perform daily physical inventory return related task, support cycle count / inbound / check on holding stocks health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc
• Manage expiry and batch
• Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio
• Coordinate with Store ops and customer service team
• Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt and provide updates
• Responsible to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly
• Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager

Qualification

• Diploma, certifications or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ground operations
