Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import and export shipments in compliance with UAE Freezone and Customs regulations.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, delivery notes, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with Freezone authorities, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
- Handle gate pass applications and ensure timely processing for movement of goods within and outside the Freezone.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues with logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, customs clearances, and gate pass logs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Freezone policies, and company SOPs.
