Logistic coordinator - On-site Barranquilla

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full visibility and control of shipments, maintaining constant communication with carriers and clients, and proactively resolving any issues to guarantee on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Maintain constant communication with carriers to obtain status updates and provide accurate reporting
• Identify and resolve delays, issues, or service failures proactively
• Update TMS and internal systems with accurate and timely shipment information
• Communicate shipment status and exceptions to clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and service standards
