About the role

AA SINERGI' is seeking a dynamic and organised Logistic Cum Admin (Office Boy) to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and logistical operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and document organisation
2. Assisting with logistical tasks such as coordinating deliveries, managing stock levels, and maintaining office supplies
3. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
4. Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a well-organised and presentable office environment
5. Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative or logistical duties as required
