Logistic & Custom Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics & Customs Specialist to manage international logistics, customs clearance, and process optimization for overseas shipments. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, controlling costs, ensuring compliance, and supporting mass production shipments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle overseas shipments under EXW, CIF, DAP, DDP terms, including logistics, customs, and mass production coordination.
Build, optimize, and manage logistics, customs, and related operational processes.
Submit monthly expense budgets and perform expense analysis.
Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives and participate in relevant meetings.
Reconcile accounts with ocean freight suppliers and process payment requests within the system.
Manage daily logistics operations, including booking, shipment tracking, exception handling, and cost control.
