Logistic & Customer Service Executive

LUZI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd specializes in the development and manufacturing of fragrance compounds for unique perfumes, cosmetics, home and room fragrances. The company operates internationally with its headquarters in Switzerland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics & Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

1. Generate orders in system based on PO receive from Salesperson.
2. Arrange shipping and land transportation, including tracking, expediting, and delivery follow-up of all shipment.
3. Coordinate with related departments such as Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth order processing, timely material availability and on-time delivery.
4. Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, FTA forms, etc)
