About the role

Fasttrack Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistic Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the import/export and customs clearance industries. The role is based in our Penang Island office.

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer orders and coordinating logistics and customs clearance activities
