Logistic Executive

Responsibilities

• Liaise with forwarders, custom department, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipment/cargoes.
• Coordinate and prepare all necessary shipping documentation for the movement of cargo (document for duty exemption and custom import and export declaration) and ensure all shipping documents are distributed to appropriate or designated party.
• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, especially on committed arrival or departure dates.
• Responsible for supervising day to day operation of Finish Goods storage and logistic area.
• Tackle any delivery issue with customers and forwarders.
• Supervising the Import or Export activities and make sure all related licenses are ready.
• To plan, schedule and allocate drivers to respective destinations.
• Handle ad-hoc shipments activities or issues by providing effective solutions or corrective action.
