Job Description
Responsibilities
- Customer & Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their delivery needs, communicating daily status updates, and handling all complaints and inter-departmental queries to meet service requirements.
- Logistics Planning & Optimization: Strategically plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements, maximize company resource utilization, and ensure compliance to avoid authority penalties.
- Operational Processing: Execute core logistics processes, including order processing via the PSA Haulier Community System (HCS) and permit declaration via Crimson Logic (TradeNet).
- Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate transportation with internal haulage, and manage logistics/depot operations with both internal and external warehouse/depot teams.
