The role supports smooth project and office operations by ensuring materials and supplies are delivered on time and properly recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare and track delivery schedules, logistics reports, and inventories
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
• Assist in resolving delivery delays, shortages, or logistics issues
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
