Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with, shipping lines, customers and other M&S offices.
• Coordinating and scheduling shipping of bulk liquid products with vessel operators.
• Placing Bookings & issuing instructions for import/exports of tank containers with shipping lines, collecting and forward all relevant documentation.
• Invoicing customers and allocating costs correctly within in house system
• Reporting to Senior Operator & Country Manager to assist with internal and external requests and actions.
• Establish good working relationships with vendors and communicating effectively with relevant agents, depots and hauliers.
• Updating and maintaining shipment information in our in-house system.
