Salary: $3000-$3500 (Depends on exp)

Working Days: 5-day work week (9.00am to 6.00pm)

Location: PAYA LEBAR ROAD

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vessels, terminals, suppliers, and service providers on vessel schedules
• Manage vessel arrivals, departures, and port formalities, including tug/pilot arrangements and crew-related matters
• Submit required documentation to the Port Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies
• Arrange and supervise the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, provisions, and services
• Monitor vessel ETAs and track vessel movements while in port
• Handle vessel and cargo documentation
• Assist with crew operations, documentation, and crew change coordination
• Prepare and submit estimated and final port disbursement accounts to owners
