Logistic Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch daily, weekly, and long-term logistics operations to meet business and customer requirements
• Coordinate transportation activities, including fleet scheduling, carrier allocation, and route planning
• Monitor real-time shipment and dispatch performance, proactively resolving delays, disruptions, and capacity constraints
• Analyze logistics data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Manage multiple shipments, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports using logistics systems and scheduling tools
