Logistic / Shipping Operations Executive | Freight Forwarding Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm / 9 am – 6 pm (can choose)
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Job Duties
Handles all clients inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Monitors shipments with contractors and vendors and updates both internal & external stakeholders
Performs data entry, opens & closes files and prepares costing in tandem with invoice generation
Collaborates with all departments to better address clients needs, providing regular updates to higher management
Assists in the preparation of pricing & quotations
Supports & involved in continuous improvement programs with internal team to ensure control & processes to provide a high level of customer service & work efficiencies
Upsells company products and identifies new business opportunities through clients’ referrals
