Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling of stock, including receipts.
• Send weekly reports on parts, including RDT and hoses, with withdrawals; monitor MIS, billing, invoicing, and routing for signatures.
• Update all records, including MIS, BIN cards, and SMR of withdrawn parts.
• Prepare and follow up PRs for replenishment, audits, breakdowns, and warranty claims.
• Monitor breakdown and consignment parts and initiate stock transfers.
• Receive and summarize delivered BD parts to AMCI with corresponding PO numbers for invoicing.
• Prepare ISR and PRs of BD parts supply for the team and AMCI.
• Provide monthly summary of WIP to Logistics Assistant.
• Conduct inventory counts during the first week of each month and reconcile parts and RDT.
