Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Process customer's orders and PO to vendors
2. Verify order details and ensure accurate order fulfillment
3. Coordinate with the customer regarding schedules of availability for the delivery and necessary permits
4. Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
5. Track shipments and provide updates to the customers
6. Handle any issues related to shipping, including delays or lost shipments
7. Other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Customs Administration or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2-year work experience
3. Knowledge of PEZA and BOC (Bureau of Customs) is a must
4. Must be good with excel
5. SAP is an advantage
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
