Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Point of contact between our overseas branches/key customers and local suppliers / consignees in the Philippines.
2. Answer inquiries and rate requests from company overseas branches / sales team.
3. Act as client management point of contact and coordinate logistical needs with our Operations Department / Accounting Department and Management.
4. Prepare reports as needed by the management ands or customers / overseas offices.
5. Jointly visit certain key customers with our Sales Team from local or overseas offices.

Job Requirements

1. Working experience in a freight forwarder setting in the Philippines
2. Knowledge in Airfreight & Oceanfreight workflow, warehouse, Customs clearance, PEZA trucking workflow.
3. Communication skills as this position have direct contact with overseas offices and sales teams, foreign clients and Philippine base customers.
