Logistic Specialist

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Oversee and coordinate the entire export order process from receipt to shipment
+ Review order details and confirm key information such as delivery dates, quantities, and trade terms
+ Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, production, warehousing) to ensure on-time delivery
+ Prepare export declaration documents (invoices, packing lists, contracts, etc.)
+ Prepare and review export documents (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, customs declarations, etc.)
+ Ensure documentation complies with the requirements of destination customs authorities and customers
+ Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange booking, trucking, and shipment
+ Track shipment status and provide timely updates on any issues or exceptions
+ Control transportation costs and optimize logistics solutions
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export-related inquiries
