Logistic Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update daily delivery and pickup schedules

• Assign trips and routes to drivers and coordinate dispatch activities

• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delays or issues

• Adjust schedules due to changes, emergencies, or operational needs

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading and dispatch schedules

• Maintain accurate scheduling records, trip logs, and reports

• Communicate schedule updates to concerned personnel and departments

• Assist in route planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
