The Logistics Staff is responsible for assisting in the coordination, monitoring, and documentation of delivery operations, inventory movement, and warehouse activities. This role ensures timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and smooth communication between the warehouse, drivers, suppliers, and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and process delivery documents (Delivery Receipts, Invoices, Gate Pass, etc.).
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist in loading and unloading verification of items.
• Ensure accuracy of items released versus delivery documents.
• Record and update inventory movement in the system or logbook.
• Communicate with clients regarding delivery updates or concerns.
