1. Participate in negotiation of Rates to 3rd Party Transport Service Provider

8 Check and analyze dispatch plan result and constitute approprate plan

1. Submit Dispatch execution report to Top Management.

2. Recommend Cost effective and efficient solution for the improvement of operation.

3. Real time update of unusual event that constrain the operation in delivering the targets to Top Management
