Logistic Supervisor

I. Position Summary
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's logistics department. In addition to overseeing warehouse operations and handling domestic deliveries, the Logistics Supervisor will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies and plans aimed at enhancing departmental efficacy and customer service.
Ii. Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for the scheduling of delivery, pickup, and pull out of materials/equipment
Responsible for the work assignment of delivery drivers and dispatchers.
Handle all domestic deliveries of the company.
In charge of creating the delivery's entire budget.
Check and audit all liquidation of logistic personnel
In charge of preparing the logistic staff's overtime pay
Signatory in all related logistic transactions.
